DO NOT SPAM: Your account will be suspended immediately if we receive a spam report regarding your account. Upon investigation if the report is accurate your account will be terminated and any monies owed will be forfeited. We will donate any forfeited monies to a charity or anti-spam group of our choosing. We also reserve to right to forward your information to any legitimate anti-spam group or law enforcement group, at our discretion.

Sites containing bestiality, child pornography, rape, violence, warez, or other illegal material will cause your account to be immediately terminated without pay.

Payments will be sent two weeks after the end of the pay period. Pay periods are the first of the month to the fifteenth, and the sixteenth of the month running until the end of the month.

SnapDollars is not liable for downtime due to the following reasons; faulty server, Internet weather, processor downtime, or other anomalies that may occur in the day to day operations of web sitess. We will do our best to alert you to these conditions and provide you with alternative solutions should these situations occur.

SnapDollars screens incoming webmaster applications and reserves the right to refuse any webmaster/company from joining the program.

SnapDollars reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time giving webmasters 24 hours notice via electronic-mail.

SnapDollars has the right to terminate any accounts left idle for more than 60 days.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SED Group, Inc. BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM YOU ARE AFFIRMATIVELY STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN AND ARE AFFIRMATIVELY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS HEREOF. YOU CANNOT BECOME A MEMBER OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM UNLESS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED EACH AND EVERY TERM HEREOF.
